La materia que vamos a tratar está vinculada fundamentalmente con las tendencias que hoy existen en el mundo en relación al tema laboral; si se pudiera sintetizar diría que obedece a una evolución que ha llevado desde la homogeneidad a la heterogeneidad. Estábamos acostumbrados a un trabajo que obedecía a un contrato de plazo indefinido, un solo contrato, con labores muy específicas, una relación bastante bien determinada y quizás por mucho tiempo.

The subject matter that we will deal with is linked fundamentally to the trends existing today in the world with respect to labor; if it should be possible to synthesize, I could say that this is due to an evolution that has lead from homogeneity to heterogeneity.
